110-300-0170(2) - Provider does not have an annually current fire safety inspection. 110-300-0170(3)(g) - During the visit licensor observed that the smoke detector in the childcare play area was not in working condition. 110-300-0170(3)(i) - Licensor observed that the fire extinguisher was last serviced January of 2023.
