An epi per, had no prescription or prescription box. Epi pen is not labled with a prescription lable. No first or last name of the child. No date the prescritpion was filled. No name and contact information of the prescribing health professional. No dossage amount and length of time to give the medication. No instructions for the aministration and storage of the epi pen.
