Observation

During site visits, there were large climbers in the child play area without adequate ground cover underneath. Instead of 9 inches of shock absorbing material, they were placed on grass with a thin layer of artificial turf on top of the grass. Also, they may not have adequate fall zones. There was also a swing under the outdoor deck that does not appear to follow manufacturer's requirements to be used in a small space and for a commercial business. Provider needs to ensure child safety and that she is following CPSC guidelines and manufacture guidelines for outdoor equipment used.
