Licensee does not have documentation of Initial Basic STARS in the system and is missing required trainings under this WAC. Assistant teachers have Basic STARS but is missing trainings per WAC. Shamsudin was missing BBP, Food Handlers, CPR/First Aid reflected in MERIT and in file. Assistant Zainab has Basic STARS but is missing Safe Sleep, and Food Handlers from her file.
