Observation

Provider does not have documentation of 20 or 30 hours STARS reflected in MERIT nor her file nor documentation of medication training. When the licensor arrived to the program and children were present upon arrival medications were observed accessible to the 2 school age children present. The medication was on the kitchen counter along with several other items. Licensor observed Herboline, Ceraphil and Hand Sanitizer. Items were moved into the kitchen by the sink, can goods and other items once the licensor pointed them out. The kitchen has a gate which makes the space inaccessible to children.
