Provider did not have a first aid kit in the vehicle, This was cited during previous inspection on 1/2/2024. Shamso went and purchased a first aid kit after picking up children from school. Provider showed the licensor that she had purchased the kit when she returned from picking up the children and that it would be kept in th vehicle- . corrected onsite The provider will need to make copies of emergency information and health history to keep in the car. Licensor explained to assistant, S.H that they could make a copy of the enrollment forms for the vehicle. Risk
