2)a)i)ii) The edges of the counter on the kitchen island are not in good repair as the linoleum has peeled off and bare wood is exposed, it is not moisture resistant/sealed. 3)d)ii) Licensee has been using bleach in the soapy dishwashing water for sanitizing rather than using the 3 steps of washing in soapy water, rinsing in clean water, and sanitizing in bleach water for dishes and baby bottles.
