Observation

1)a) There were aerosol sprays (disinfectant and air freshener) on the window sill in the bathroom where they would be within reach of children. There were also many cosmetic and hygiene products in the bathroom cabinets that are not secured to keep them inaccessible to children. Many hygiene products have warning labels to keep them out of reach of children. 5) There was a vacuum cleaner and mop in the laundry room area which will be accessible to children when they walk through the laundry room on the way to the outdoor play area.
