Observation

Outdoor play yard: Licensor observed there to several play items that were in poor condition. Licensor observed some equipment to have broken or cracked plastic creating injury hazards. Licensor observed outlet located by the handwashing sink outside of bathroom. Licensor could not verify it was GFCI due to be being covered by an outlet cover. Licensor noted the outlet cover spring mechanism no longer automatically shuttered to prevent access to the outlet.
