Bankester Tamara Leigh (Glory Farm Daycare)

Observation

Licensee has a 17 year old dog who was located in licensed space, in a corner of the hallway by the back door on his dog pet, adjacent to dining area. Licensor observed the animal to not be in good health and licensee shared that he has a tumor on his neck. She shared that he does not move from his bed and that she has an appointment to take him to the vet this weekend to be euthanized due to his declining health.
