Observation

Plastic outlet covers were observed in the bedrooms and main space. Licensor removed the outlet covers out of the outlets and informed provider that they were choking hazards. Plastic bags were in the bedroom in the open and accessible closet at child level. The licensor gathered plastic bags and had the provider put them on a high up shelf that was above our head to store the bags. Water hoses and cording for the pressure washer was accessible to children. Wood fences are cracked, knocked down that are on the sides of the homes. There is nails/screw protruding from the broken fences. On the sides of the house there is unsafe materials/equipment that the children have access to since there is no longer a barrier. In unlicensed space there is a washer and dryer. During the visit the children were freely going into the unlicensed space which is also where the kitchen is located. Chipping paint was observed on walls around door frames and baseboards.
