Observation

Program has a cleaning schedule but appeared to not follow it. There was no garbage can in the restroom. There were no 3 step processes for any of the licensed spaces. There is no table for the children to sit and eat at so food was was being eaten on couch i main space, floor and in the bedroom on a mattress. The children were eating granola bars and cheerios and crumbs were falling on the couch, floor and mattress.
