0200(1)(b)(e) - At the time of inspection, proper handwashing procedures for providers and children could not be followed due to the lack of accessible soap and single-use drying towels. 0200(4) - During the inspection, Provider D.A. arrived to program and did not wash their hands before engaging with children. 0200(5) - During the inspection, this licensor observed a child putting their hands in their mouth and nose. The child was not directed or assisted with washing their hands.
