Observation

A box of large size ziploc bags was observed in an unlocked kitchen cabinet that was accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). The kitchenette cabinet inside the playroom area was observed to be accessible to children and posed an entrapment hazard at the time of inspection.
