Observation

1) There is a plastic 8-in-1 climber in the outdoor play area that is missing one of the parts, the plastic arch above the slide. 1) There is a swing that does not have the required space in front of it to meet CPSC guidelines. The measurement from the cross beam/pivot point to the ground is 69 inches. It is required to have twice that distance in front of and behind the swing, so 138 inches of clearance would be needed in front and in back of the swing. There is a tree in front of the swing that is 110 inches from where the swing is hanging.
