0165(2)(b) During the inspection, Licensor observed the draw string cords on the window blinds to be accessible to the children in the childcare space. Also observed were the cords to the outdoor bamboo blinds that were pulled up near the bushes. 0165(2)(f) During the inspection, Licensor observed that no stickers were placed on the sliding glass door to prevent children from walking into the glass door. 0165(4)(f)During the inspection, Licensor observed the stairway gate that leads upstairs and the starway gate that leads downstairs to not be in place upon arrival.
