Observation

The back porch has outside shading and the cording to manuever the shading/awning is accessible to children. There was cording that was dangling out of a outlet on the back porch that was accessible to children. There was extension cords that were loose and that could form loops on the back porch. The door with the washer and dryer/laundry room was open when the licensor arrived. The space had the washer and dryer inside with no latches on them. The door knob that is on the laundry room door is not lockable. The children kitchenette was moveable, heavy play material bins, file bins and first aid kit on the shelves were not secure, heavy items which included board games, bins etc that is stored above the fire place was not secure. The light bulbs that were in the restroom were not shatterproof.
