Observation

A gardening hose was observed laying on the ground in the outdoor area that posed a strangulation (and tripping) hazard at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Holes on wall in the bathroom and living room area were observed and were accessible to children at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 125.4 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
