0170 (2) Licensor observed the montly fire inspection was last conducted on 02/06/2024. 0170 (3i) Licensor observed the Fire Extinguisher was stored in the original box making the fire device not readily available for use in the event of an emergency. (3iii) Licensor observed no sign indicating the location of the extinguisher being stored in the closet.
