Observation

Provider's child did not have a file during the inspection on 12/20/2022 and this was cited. Upon return to the provider on this day 2/8/2023 to follow up ona complaint the provider still did not have a file for her child. Amina Saleban Ali stated she would complete the file and send documentation to the licensor.
