110-300-0165(3)(f)There was a bookshelf that was not latched on to the wall and could me tipped over. 110-300-0165(5)(a) There was an outlet in the following areas that was not tamper-resistant:kitchen area near the stove, outlear near the dramatic area, outlet in the library area and near the current diaper changing station. 110-300-0165(5)(b) two outlets near the kitchen sink were not both GFCI & tamper resistant. 110-300-0165(5)(e) There was a power strip accessible near the pathway to go to the back outdoor area.
