Observation

A toy cubby in the living room area was observed to pose a tipping hazard and required anchoring at the time of inspection. Two holes on the wall were observed in the bathroom area and were accessible to children at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 136 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. The staircase leading to the main door has a drop zone of 28 inches on the side that was accessible to children at the time of inspection. Outlets in the kitchen area were not TR/GFCI and were accessible to children at the time of inspection.
