During onsite inspection, Licensor did not observe placement stickers, or art work at children’s eye level to prevent them from walking through the glass doors. (5)(b) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed that an outlet 48 inches from the kitchen sink, an outlet 24 inches from the kitchen sink, and the outlet next to the handwashing sink in the bathroom not equipped with a GFCI outlet type or screw in blank plate. (2)(f) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a cable cord and power cord to internet router capable of forming a loop and accessible in the proposed childcare space. (5)(c)
