(1)(e) sanitizing bottle observed in bathroom on sink counter (2)(a)(b) storge room accessible in licensed space and does not have locking door (5) garden hose observed in outdoor space Dispute Description: The bottle that the licensor observed is a WAC disinfectant spray that is used to clean the diaper changing pad. The spray is right next to the changing pad and it’s far out of reach to the 16month old child I currently have enrolled.
