During onsite inspection, Licensor observed cords to the television, cable and other entertainment devices, and a cord to a floor lamp capable of forming a loop accessible to children in the licensed living room. (2)(c) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed two outlets in licensed kitchen near dishwashing sink and one outlet in bathroom near handwashing sink not equipped with a GFCI outlet type. (5)(b)
