Cables are observed loose and accessible to children on top of cubby placed in front of fire place. Provider must make cables inaccessible to children. Outlets near fridge, and sink are not tamper-resistant outlets. Outlets near sink in kitchen space are not GFCI and are closer than 1 ft. from sink.
