0145(1) - During the inspection, this licensor observed a mop, a mop bucket, two brooms, a dustpan, dirty socks, discarded shoes, and discarded cardboard in the outdoor play area. 0145(11) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor play space emergency exit gate was not able to self-latch. A self-latching mechanism was present, but it was not self-latching when tested multiple times by this licensor.
