1)a) There is one individual care plan for a child in care that needs some additional information regarding what the staff need to do differently to accommodate the child's special needs, including any supporting documentation from the child's school or provider. 1)d) The individual care plan does not have verification that staff who work with the child have been trained on implementing the child's individual care plan.
