Observation

1)a) There are some containers of coolant/antifreeze, oil, and other automobile fluids in the chain link kennel out in the outdoor play area. The gate has a caribiner-type clip on it, but there are school-age children in care who would be able to remove the clip and could open the gate. There is a cabinet outdoors that has a bag of ice melt granules in it, this cabinet also has only a caribiner type clip. The caribiner type clips being used are not sufficient to prevent child access to these hazardous items when school-age children are in care.
