During onsite Inspection, Licensor observed dishwasher cleaning tablets accessible in the cabinet under the kitchen sink and laundry room accessible to children in care. (1)(a) During onsite Inspection, Licensor observed the storage closet in the hallway, the laundry room, a cabinet with janitorial cleaning equipment, cabinet under the kitchen sink with a broken off door (storing dishwasher detergent), a storage cabinet with storing sleeping mats with a broken hinge, and a den (at the front entrance) not equipped with locking mechanisms, and accessible to children.
