Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a 2-mo. old infant sleeping in a car seat with a blanket and bottle in car seat. When Licensor asked for infant to be removed from the car seat, Assistant Teacher SS placed the blanket in the pack-n-play (no sheet was observed in the pack-n-play) and lay the infant on the blanket. Licensor asked Assistant Teacher SS if they had completed the Safe Sleep training, and Licensor reviewed MERIT and observed they had completed on 07/26/2024.
