2c) several wires were seen on the outside, side of the house that could form a loop. 2d) plastic bags were seen under the bathroom sink storing diapers and pullups. 3d) the washer and dryer are accessible to the children with the laundry room door open. 4e) the water temperature tested at the bathroom handwashing sink tested at 121.2 degrees F. 4f) the gate at the bottom of the stairs outside has a gap greater than 3.5 inches on the side.
