110-300-0165(2)(c)Howard observed an air conditioner plug into the living room window cord accessible to children that is capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. 110-300-0165(5)(b) Howard observed the outlet in the kitchen near the sink not tamper-resistant and equippent with a ground fault circuit interurpter(GFCI) 110-300-0165(2)(f) Howard did not observed any stickers or items on the glass sliding doors preventing children from walking into the glass. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Howard observed wood sticking out on the wooden fence in the outdoor play area potentially causing splinters. 110-300-0165(4)(b) Howard observed living room window within reach of children without some barrier or preventatvie measure to discourage children from exiting through the window. 110-300-0165(e) bathroom room water tempertaure measured at 136 degrees Fahrenheit. 110-300-0165(5)(a) Howard observed all of the outlets were not tamper resistance.
