Observation

Some trash in outdoor space were observed to be of small diameter and a chocking hazard to children. Provider had plugged in chargers next to a babyseat located next to the couch that were not in use. Some toys in outside licensed space were observed to be broken and not in working conditions. Water temperature was observed at 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Outlet in bathroom were not tamper-resistant.
