During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a container of anti-freeze at the front entrance of the childcare, and in the bathroom drawer and cabinet (not equipped with locking mechanisms) a, bottle of Clorox cleaner, spray disinfectant, nine bottles of person hygiene materials, three containers of hair products, crest strips, and lotions accessible to children.
