110-300-0165(2)(c) - Licensor observed long garden hoses and electrical cords capable of forming a loop around a child's neck accessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(a) - Licensor observed a broken window on the outdoor storage unit exposed broken shards of glass with sharp edges accessible to children. 110-300-0165(4)(e) - Licensor measured the water temperature from the bathroom handwashing sink to be 160 degrees fahrenheit.
