0165 (2) (b) One classroom had older straw window blinds that were fraying at the sides creating strings. The blinds need to be repared or replaced. 0165 (2) (d) Teacher cabinets in several classrooms were missing childproof locks making accessible plastic bags with diapers and art materials. All plastic bags and other suffocation objects need to be up in higher cabinets or the cabinets need to have childproof looks.
