Observation

Licensor observed storage area for mops and wet closet that was not organized and needed to be cleaned up. Licensor observed storage closet that contains wet mops and chemicals venting into main hallway area that provides pathway for restroom, laundry area and exiting area. Licensor observed vacuum attached to wall area on pathway to restroom near laundry area, exposed to child's access.
