During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris observed two cubbies/shelves in the play area that store toys need to be mounted to eliminate the risk of tipping over. The changing table in the bathroom needs to be mounted or removed to eliminate the risk of tipping over (3)(f). Licensor Serena Harris measured the water temperature at the bathroom sink.
