Observation

Licensor observed emegerncy exit sliding door to not have any stickers or posters to prevent children from walking into the glass door. Licensor observed outdoor deck to have various splintered edges and deck will be used as part of outdoor licensed space. Licensor observed a large yellow area rug that was observed not laid flat, and had many lifts creating various tripping hazards. Licensor observed outlets in kitchen space and in bathroom are not tamper-resistant. Licensor observed outlets near sink in kitchen space not GFCI. Licensor also observed outlet in bathroom near sink not GFCI.
