One staff person's job title was inaccurate in MERIT today. This was fixed today in MERIT. High schoold diplomas have not been submitted to MERIT for each staff person. Not all staff files include job title and description. One staff person's verification of high school diploma is not in their file. Emergency contact information is not in staff files. Government i.d. was missing in one staff person's file.
