Electrical cord hanging loose from mounted television. Plastic bags observed stored beneath unlocked bathroom cabinet. Electrical cord cover has protruding sharp screws accessible to children. Laundry room door unlocked and washer/dryer accessible to children. Broken toys and rubbish (latex gloves, crumpled papers, bits of plastic) observed in outdoor play area.
