Observation

1. The baseboards under the siding of the house walls has paint which is peeling and there are splinters on the wood where the weedwhacker hits the wall. 2. The deck in the outdoor play area was built without a permit and the roof rafters are not secured to the the rafter-holders with nails, screws or any other method and are prone to falling because the edge of the 2 X 4 's is barely sitting by an edge on the holders. 3. There are plastic bags in the restroom accessible to children in a cabinet, the bags are used for diaper disposal. 4. Light bulbs in the living rooms are not shatter-resistant.
