Observation

There were staff employed longer than 3 months who had not completed health and safety trainings in recognizing abuse, neglect, and exploitation, emergencey preparedness, and serving children and families experiencing homelessness (included in School Age Basics). There were staff who may prepare or serve food without a current food workers card. There were staff employed longer than 3 months as leads, assistants, or other who work directly with children, who had not completed School Age Basic training. There were staff who could potentially count in ratio without approved first aid and CPR certification.
