Tasia Opstrup has been employed for longer than 3 months and did not have all required trainings. Maya Ismach and Tasia Opstrup were mjissing intial training and did not complete health and safety trainings in medication management, serving families experiencing homelessness, emergency preparedness, and mandated reporting. Maya Ismach and Tasia Opstrup did not have Bloodborne pathogens training. Jun Youngsoon was missing CPR and first aid.
