3d) Diaper wipes and diapers in plastic wrapping were accessible to children and posed suffocation hazard 4a) Indoor temperature at time of visit was 63 degrees 4c) Light bulbs were exposed in bathroom and were not shatter resistant 4f) Cement stairway in backyard play area did not have complete handrails or wall on either side of it. Stairway leading down to child care entrance did not have a gate to make inaccessible to infants and toddlers.
