Observation

Cell phone chargers with long cords were observed inside a kitchen drawer that were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Multiple plastic bags were observed inside a kitchen drawer that were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). The corners of the toy storage cubbies were obsevred to have sharp edges and were accessible to children at the time of inspection. Multiple planks in the backyard area were observed to be broken and required fixing at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 124 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
