Observation

In the preschool room there is missing pieces that have broken off in the flooring. In the toddler room there is a missing plank in front of the new door and the threshold has not been finished. In the preschool room there are at least 3 electrical outlets that do not appear to be tamper resistant. Outlets near sinks in 2 bathrooms are GFCI but they are not tamper resistant. In the preschool room, there is a portable fan plugged into an outlet and the electric cord is loose.
