Observation

Licensor determined during annual monitoring visit that the toddler outdoor space had uneven surfacing, area designated with wood chips was a tripping hazard and there were two rose bushes with large thorns. Licensor and provider strategized on next steps including closing playground until space was deemed safe for the children. Children will relocated their outdoor time to larger playground. On larger playgound licensor measured 7 inches of ground cover, falling 2 inches short of the 9 inch minimum.
