Licensor observed on site, protruding nail on back of toy cubby. Licensor observed on site, heater vent was not covered with protective guard and accessible to children. Applicant stated this vent gets hot. Licensor observed on site, unstable toy rack, screws need to be tightened and securely attached to the wall.
